The Studio School at The Current offers a unique after-school art program inspired by Europe’s oldest art academies. Our robust, mastery-based curriculum provides students with the skills and confidence to realize their artistic visions. 

Youth Studio School: Fashion and Design will move through the entire process of design - from concept to drawing to fabrication. We will introduce the basics of drawing, and of sewing, familiarizing students with hand embroidery and the use of sewing machines. As the year progresses, students will learn more advanced concepts and learn about great fashion designers over the ages and their styles. Students can expect to bring home completed projects of clothing, bags, or accessories.
