What stories can art tell on the walls around us? In this energetic class, we'll explore the colorful world of street art and murals—from their history and meaning to the bold styles that make them stand out. You'll design your own street art–inspired paintings, and we'll work together on a large collaborative “mural” using paint, stencils, and big ideas. With a focus on creativity, expression, and teamwork, you'll get a taste of what it’s like to be a real mural artist!
