6. Rich Kids, 2022 Rich Kids references the practice of wearing white in the summer. From the front, the appearance is of a typical summer dress. The colorful fabric at the back references the cotton patterns worn by staff in service, reminding viewers that ‘summer whites’ were only possible at the time with staff there to clean them. 10. Solar Me Project, 2022 Begun as outerwear meant to anchor portable solar panels, the project continues to evolve as a method to collecting solar energy and then using it in specific ways. In addition to creating the Solar Me jacket and backpack, the project also includes walking route maps used to harvest energy, sunlight charts, and Output documents showing how harvested energy is ultimately used.
