Photographer Dona Ann McAdams, featured in our It often rhymes exhibition and winner of this year's Governor’s Award for Excellence in the Arts will be in dialogue with The Current’s Director Rachel Moore. Joining them will be John Killacky sharing his documentary on McAdams made in association with her retrospective exhibition at Pratt’s Manhattan Gallery and her photographic memoir: Black Box: Dona Ann McAdams.


John Killacky is a curator, artist, and former legislator whose work has been featured at The Current.  His latest installation will be included in Burlington City Arts' exhibition, How to Say Goodbye: Grief, Loss, and Mourning September 26, 2025 – January 24, 2026.
