This yearly celebration of the arts brings the phenomenal work created by local students front and center in a salon-style showcase of artists from Stowe Elementary, Stowe Middle, Stowe High School, and 2025 guest school, Green Mountain Tech and Career Center. All community members are cordially invited to the Student Art Show Opening Reception on Monday, May 5, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Thanks to the generosity of Ben & Jerry’s, complimentary ice cream will be served.

The 2025 Student Art Show, now in its 43rd year, is made possible by the charitable donations of our sponsors and the tireless efforts of local art teachers Kayla Hoffman, Jenn Anthony, Tim Waite, Kate Crouse, Carleen Zimbalatti, and Matt Neckers. These teachers work year-round to provide students with meaningful and high-quality art education. In preparation for this exceptional end-of-year showcase, they also devote long hours to displaying their students' artworks in The Current's galleries.

This wide-ranging exhibition includes paintings, drawings, digital art, woodworking projects, ceramics, handmade jewelry, and more. It is a testament to the knowledge and skill of our local art educators and the hard work and dedication of our student artists. We look forward to welcoming visitors to celebrate the achievements of our young artists and show gratitude for their incredible instructors.
