In this workshop with Tabbatha Henry, participants will explore techniques to make ceramic jewelry. Using mostly handbuilding techniques, participants will create pieces from start to finish and leave class with a few pieces each depending on their working style. Tabbathat will cover aspects of design and glazing during the first session to make pieces, and attach them in the second session to findings and add any embellishments to finish the look. Students will cover some cold finishing techniques and the addition of alternative materials to enhance the designs. Materials fee included for clay, glazes and kiln firings.
