In this creative combination camp, students will learn mandala design (the art of beautiful geometric designs used as a mindful tool for focus and creativity) in the morning through drawing, painting and creating in nature. The afternoon yoga sessions will include yoga games, breathing exercises, and a connecting activity with certified children's yoga educator Kristina Gosh. An afternoon activity will include a digital "abstract self-portrait mandalas" using the kaleidoscope app on the iPads. This creative and connective camp will utilize the outdoors and combine many yoga practices into one fun camp!
