Students in this class will create their own moving sculptures using a variety of building materials. As they design their sculptures they are limited only by their imaginations. Does it blow in the breeze? Roll through the gallery? The choice is theirs as they follow in the footsteps of Kinetic Sculptors such as Naum Gabo and Alexander Calder. In this class students will blend art, engineering and physics to create mobiles, Rube Goldberg machines and interactive sculptures.
