Join us at The Current for a fun-filled summer of art and discovery! In our weekly camps, professional artists and educators work with small groups of campers to create one-of-a-kind experiences. Our low staff-to-student ratio, a phenomenal team of Teaching Artists, and an incredible cohort of interns ensure campers are supported in every aspect of their experience. Through a blend of high-quality art instruction, STEAM-focused projects, outdoor exploration, and team-building activities, we create a holistic camp experience for all learning styles. The Current is thrilled to offer nine weeks of summer camp programming in 2026 with options throughout the summer for PreK-10th grade.

Incredible, Skilled Instructors. Our summer camps are all led by an array of experienced professional artists and educators, including Bethanne Knudson, Britton Blanchard, Loraleh Harris, Sara Opel, Joe Smith, Sarah Hewitt, Lizzy Barrish, and River Capell.

Everything from Finger Painting to Wheel Throwing. We work hard to make sure we're providing a variety of mediums and experiences suited for different ages and skill levels.

Junior Intern Opportunities for Teens. While teens will find camps for their age group below, we welcome teens with prior art experience to join our team as Junior Interns. Junior Interns are paired with a Teaching Artist, and work with our full Education Team. This is a great opportunity for community volunteer credits.
